If you’re not the homeowner, clearing an estate isn’t as easy as hiring a junk removal service. Executors, administrators, and those with power of attorney must follow strict legal protocols before items can be donated, sold, or removed. We make sure nothing is touched without proper legal permissions, respecting both the law and the wishes of the family.
Physical and Financial Overwhelm
Sarah realized that despite the emotional attachment to her parents’ home, she did not have the physical capacity, nor the financial means to maintain such a large home, especially once she started to consider her dream of taking an extensive trip every year.
